• Strategic thinker regarding websites, UX design systems, and mobile app interaction
• Deep understanding of user behavior across different user groups
• Ability to create compelling user experiences that maximize engagement and business results
• Design and develop memorable features that solve objectives
• Conduct research, usability studies, surveys, competitor reviews, site maps, user flows, wireframes, UX Design Systems, etc.
• Ensure UX deliverables are client-ready and high quality
• Collaborate with team members and clients effectively
• Stay updated with industry tools and trends
• Maintain a portfolio of client-ready UX Design examples
• 4+ years experience in product development or user experience focusing on UI / UX
• Strong focus on simplicity, usability, and development feasibility
• Highly organized with strong execution skills
• Proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and UX tools
• Commitment to high standards and innovative work
