We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and keep properties running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who can balance administrative tasks with hands-on problem-solving, all while building strong relationships with owners, tenants, and vendors.
As our Maintenance Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for owners, tenants, and vendors. From coordinating move-ins and rent collection to handling maintenance requests and ensuring compliance, you’ll play a key role in protecting and growing the value of our properties. You’ll also maintain accurate records, manage Rent Manager data, and support tenant retention initiatives to create a seamless and professional experience for everyone involved.
Compensation
- Base Salary : $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Responsibilities :
Strong knowledge of building systems, facilities operations, and preventative maintenance practices.Experience coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing property maintenance, inspections, certifications, and repair work orders.Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality.Skilled in conducting property condition assessments, safety audits, and compliance checks with local, state, and federal regulations.Capable of managing tenant maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution and high tenant satisfaction.Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Rent Manager) for tracking maintenance tasks, vendor invoices, tenant records, and compliance documentation.Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and property records.Ability to lead and supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors effectively.Experience with budgeting, supply management, and cost-control related to maintenance operations.Strong communication skills for liaising between tenants, property managers, owners, and service providers.Problem-solving mindset to address emergency repairs, unexpected maintenance issues, and safety concerns promptly.Proven ability to support tenant retention efforts through efficient maintenance and quick issue resolution.Commitment to safety compliance, including immediate correction of unsafe conditions and adherence to OSHA standards.Qualifications :
2+ years of property management experience preferred (not required).Familiarity with Rent Manager or similar property management software is a plus.Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Problem-solver with a hands-on, decisive approach.About Company
