Scheduling Coordinator II
The Scheduling Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating overall service area schedules and activities. Serves as a patient liaison for scheduling of services. Reports to the Practice Manager / Supervisor.

None required.
Minimum education and experience requirements :
High school graduate or GED. Ability to relate well with the public. Ability to effectively gather and exchange information in both oral and written communications with proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. Ability to coordinate multiple schedules based on individual preferences and guidelines. Ability to utilize scheduling software and maintain updated schedules. Ability to sort and file materials correctly by alphabetical or numeric systems. Computer skills required and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Working conditions :
Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like.
