Cook Position Summary

The Cook is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment. This role helps create a positive dining experience for our residents through excellent food preparation, presentation, and service.

Cook Key Responsibilities

Prepare meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary needs

Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Support menu planning and inventory management as needed

Collaborate with the dining team to provide an exceptional experience for residents and guests

Assist in training and supporting new team members

Cook Qualifications

Previous cooking experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare

Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

A passion for service and commitment to resident satisfaction
