Service Coordinator
We are actively seeking a Full-Time Service Coordinator to join our team.
Duties Include :
- Overseeing and Maintaining Route Maintenance Schedules
- Maintaining daily contact with Field Employees and tracking progress updates
- Communicating schedule changes and Priority Service Calls with Service Technicians
- Locating / Purchasing unknown parts and material
- Management of Service parts and inventory
- Data Entry and processing of daily paperwork
- Preparing Documents for LRS Field Employees and Service Technicians
- Processing Warranty Service Claims directly with Manufacturers
Minimum Qualifications :
Compensation will be based on level of experience and qualifications.
