This role reports ON-SITE at our West Hollywood office.

The Production Manager will be part of a specialized technical team charged with cleaning up and rebuilding our asset pipeline and creating an asset management system over a period of 9 months.

Responsibilities :

Create and maintain the production schedule based on CG Supervisor’s roadmap

Build and manage the production budget

Prioritize and assign project tasks

Provide regular status updates and reports to key stakeholders and senior management

Lead team meetings

Chiefly responsible for on-time and on-budget completion of the technical crew’s objectives

Minimum Requirements :

2+ years experience as a CG Production Manager in children’s animation or a related animation field.

Experience managing technical departments is a plus

Experience managing production schedules and budgets required

Ideal candidate has experience working with Monday.com, the Microsoft Office suite, and Google Calendar / Docs / Sheets / Slides.

Excellent working knowledge of a Maya CG animation pipeline

Production management tracking software proficiency, such as Shotgrid, is required

Must be a self-starter and have excellent leadership and communication skills.
