We’re looking for our next season Estimators to join our growing team at Bondoc Roofing in San Antonio, TX.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys talking with people, organizing information, and helping others make big decisions about their homes.

Location :

• San Antonio, TX (Work in-office for 6 months, then you’ll have the option to work remotely) Pay : $20 / hr Schedule : Tuesday to Saturday (Training : Monday to Friday) Hours : 10 AM to 7 PM As an Estimator, you’ll be the go-to support person for our Roof Advisors.
• You’ll review homeowner files, prepare digital sketches using RoofSnap, help communicate with insurance companies, and follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
• You won’t be knocking doors or closing deals—but you’ll play a huge role in helping the team succeed and helping homeowners feel confident every step of the way.
• This job blends customer service, sales support, and project coordination.
• One moment you might be jumping into a video call to explain financing options to a homeowner; the next, you’re reviewing documents to make sure we didn’t miss a detail before sending the job to production.
