Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial automation and electrical controls in a highly dynamic environment.
• Electrical Journeyman certification or comparable industrial experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in the pulp and paper industry is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• In-depth understanding of electrical and instrumentation control design theory.
• Proven ability to execute strategic thinking and maintain organizational excellence.
• Outstanding troubleshooting abilities for equipment failures and repairs.
• Ability to effectively manage priorities for both immediate and long-term objectives.
• Proficiency in using maintenance systems like i-Maint for processing work orders and managing equipment databases.
