Business Systems – Oracle Integration & Reporting Lead

Ripple is seeking a Business Systems leader who is passionate about building scalable financial systems, enabling automation, and solving complex integration challenges. This role will be a key part of Ripple’s Finance Transformation journey—powering integrations, reporting, and entity onboarding.

Responsibilities :

• Integration Development & Support : Design, build, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP, boundary applications, and reporting tools.
• Reporting Enablement : Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Oracle OTBI, Oracle BIP, Oracle FDI, and other reporting solutions.
• M&A Systems Integration : Support merger & acquisition (M&A) onboarding by aligning Chart of Accounts, building conversion logic, and migrating financial data into Oracle.
• Operational Excellence & Projects : Troubleshoot integration and reporting issues, identify root causes, and deliver permanent fixes.
