We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial plumbing, including installation, repairs, and maintenance. The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently, and have a strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Respond to service calls from residential clients in a prompt and professional mannerDiagnose plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, pipe bursts, and fixture malfunctionsProvide three estimates (Good, Better, Best) with upfront pricing for plumbing repairs and installations, explaining recommended solutions to clientsPerform repairs and maintenance on various plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sewage linesInstall new plumbing fixtures, appliances, and piping systems as needed.Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential problems and recommend preventive measuresMaintain organized records of service calls, work performed, and materials usedAdhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while performing plumbing workUtilize field management software (HouseCall Pro) : dispatching, customer communication, pricing estimates, on-site payments, financingStay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practicesRead blueprints and drawings to determine layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste drainage systemsKeep work van clean and organized with proper inventoryRequired Skills and Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED certificateProven experience as a residential service plumber with a minimum of 2 years in the fieldValid Driver's License with acceptable driving record (MVR) with reliable transportationPre-employment drug testing and background checkStrong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues accurately and efficientlyProficiency in using plumbing tools, equipment, and materialsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer servicePhysical ability to perform plumbing tasks, including lifting heavy objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periodsWillingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunitiesE04JI802i78j407n1fg
