The Rewards and Benefits Governance team is part of the PPX organization and is responsible for establishing and maintaining well-managed practices. The team ensures that standardized requirements are consistent across all Rewards and Benefits new intent regardless of Channel, Platform or Line of Business.

As a Senior Project Manager of Rewards and Benefits Governance at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to ensuring consistent experiences for customers who take advantage of a wide variety of Rewards and Benefits. You'll team with world-class professionals and leaders across the card businesses to develop and implement strategies that are central to delivering business outcomes that meet customers' needs and expectations.

Success in this role will require the ability to adapt to change quickly, create efficiencies and to influence decisions with both internal and external stakeholders.

The Rewards and Benefits Governance team :

• Manages the intake process for all new intent
• Establishes requirements and ensures that all campaigns are compliant with them
• Monitors emerging risks and makes process improvements to mitigate them
• Provides regular reporting to Sr. Leadership and other key stakeholders

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA : $94,600 - $107,900 for Sr. Project Manager

Richmond, VA : $86,000 - $98,200 for Sr. Project Manager

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
