Job descriptionMinimum of 2 years of experience in electrophysiology procedures required, Current BLS, ACLS, and CCI RCIS certifications required, Experience performing hemodynamic monitoring and interpreting dysrhythmias required, Experience with laser-assisted procedures required, Proficiency with Epic documentation system preferred, Valid state license or certification required for consideration, Primary duties include scrubbing and assisting with EP diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, device implants, and ablations, Scrubs are provided, A 50-mile radius rule applies; local travelers accepted at a different rate, Team members may need to float to other facilities based on departmental needs, Professional attire according to hospital policy is required,
American Traveler is seeking an Electrophysiology Technologist with at least 2 years of recent EP lab experience and active credentials including BLS, ACLS, and CCI RCIS.
Job Details
- Work in a hospital electrophysiology lab setting with two procedure rooms,
- Primary responsibilities include scrubbing for EP diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, implants, and ablations,
- Perform hemodynamic monitoring, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and laser-assisted procedures,
- Uses Epic for charting,
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday, with schedules of either 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM as needed to complete cases,
- Potential to float to nearby facilities within scope,
- Weekend call coverage may be required based on vacancy,
