Job Description

Position : Behavioral Health Clinician

Schedule : Full-Time (Hybrid : 1 telemedicine day, up to 4 in-person)

Salary : $80,000 / yr + benefits

Overview :

Join the MGB Diabetes Initiative to provide behavioral health support for patients with diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. You’ll deliver individual and group therapy, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements :

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
• MA license : LMHC or LICSW
• Fluent in Spanish or Haitian Creole
• Experience in individual / community counseling and integrated care
