About the Role

The company is seeking a dynamic Vice President for Operational Risk and Regulatory Controls, specializing in Swaps Reporting. In this critical role, you will oversee the performance and regulatory risks tied to various North American regimes. Your responsibilities will include managing and executing controls within the global transaction reporting control framework, documenting and investigating anomalies, and implementing effective measures to mitigate issues.

Your role involves ensuring all complex activities are thoroughly documented and executed with precision, while also innovating and enhancing processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk. As a VP-level Team Manager, you will cultivate talent, lead significant initiatives, and establish clear direction and expectations for your team. You should have exceptional relationship-building abilities, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record in team management, control enhancement, and operational risk reduction.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of OTC swaps reporting rules, derivatives products, and the broader regulatory reporting landscape.
