- Clinical Volume & Resources : High-volume retina practice with strong referral base, three dedicated exam lanes, procedure room, and separate imaging suite
- Dedicated Support Team : Ophthalmic tech, midlevel support staff, injection room tech, scribe, and photography team
- Retina-only weekday call : (1 : 2); weekend call (1 : 6) shared with community group; limited general call
- Teaching & Research : 90% clinical, 10% education; train residents and retina fellow; access to cutting-edge clinical trials, including retina gene therapy
- Surgical Facilities : Level 1 trauma center; opportunity to perform complex retinal procedures, including retinal detachment repair and trauma / ruptured globe
- Subspecialty Clinic : Retina subspecialty care at Lakeland Drive location
