A well-regarded law firm with offices throughout California is seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Attorney to join its team. Known for delivering top-tier litigation services, the firm offers a supportive and engaging environment for legal professionals ready to take the next step in their careers.

This role is ideal for a Workers Compensation Attorney with a solid background in defense work. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in Workers Compensation law. Partner-level attorneys managing 70 or more files are especially encouraged to reach out.

Qualifications :

At least 5 years of experience in Workers Compensation defense

Trial experience is highly preferred

Must be licensed to practice in California

Experience with the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, Court of Appeal, or California Supreme Court is a plus

Key Responsibilities :

Represent and counsel clients in Workers Compensation matters

Evaluate claims and develop effective defense strategies

Manage files efficiently and drive timely case resolutions

Defend against potentially fraudulent or exaggerated claims

Review evidence and reduce unnecessary costs and client impact
