The Governance and Agile Center of Excellence Team with the EPMO is seeking an intern to serve in a Business Systems Analyst role to work closely with their direct teammates to implement improvements within our area of Program / Project Management and Governance responsibilities, learning and leveraging process improvement methods. This is a great opportunity to begin thinking of leading in a new way and learning industry techniques to work in and as a team. Additionally, experience with an Organizational Transformation will be the highlight of your internship and the "dink" on your resume. Job Responsibilities :

• Work or pair with team to deliver identify and implement process improvements for EMPO - process automation, reporting, quality reviews, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting, requirements gathering
• Actively participate in increment planning activities that will drive to committed outcomes
• Assist and engage in key team events (i.e., planning, training, workshops)
• Support the product owner and overall team to identify and articulate requirements (backlog refinement)
• Support events with customers that aids in their learning (e.g., communities of practice, demos)
