Hirobe is thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for an AEP Solutions Architect specializing in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) with Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) expertise.

This role offers a chance to join a dynamic Tech Consultancy based in the heart of the U.S. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in Adobe Experience Platform and CDP, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and address the needs of enterprise-level clients.

As an Adobe Experience Platform Architect, you will be a key player in driving growth plans, utilizing your technology expertise in Adobe Solution architecture.

Your responsibilities will encompass consulting, presales, and delivery skills. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Solutioning and Consulting : Take the lead on solutioning, presales, and consulting for Adobe Martech Platforms, focusing on Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time Customer Data Platform, and Adobe Target.
• Opportunity Identification : Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue business opportunities in the Adobe ecosystem, including Data, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, etc.
• Hands-On Development : Possess a hands-on development background on Adobe Experience Platform, particularly in Data Modeling, Integrations, Core AEP configuration, and Segmentation.
• Specialized Expertise : Specialize in leading Martech data and web analytics transformation programs, implementing Adobe Analytics, AEP, and Adobe Target.
• Point of View Development : Develop and demonstrate points of view on real-time personalization concepts, advanced AEP concepts, and AI models.
• Go-to Person for Adobe Strategy : Act as the go-to person for platform strategy, solutioning, and optimal leveraging of the Adobe platform for clients.
• Team Leadership and Mentoring : Mentor, guide, and lead a team of architects, presales consultants, etc., around the Adobe Platform.
• Client Relationship : Establish credentials, thought leadership, and strong client relationships in the Adobe space.
• Proposal Anchoring : Anchor small to large proposals in the Adobe space from a presales perspective, including constructing estimation models and financial models.
• Collaboration and Asset Sharing : Collaborate with other geographies to share assets, bring best practices, and incubate and build solutions, go-to-market offers, and accelerators.
• Demos and Assets : Build demos and assets for the practice, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Client Satisfaction : Assist in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining a robust client relationship.
• Engagement and Presentation : Demonstrate the ability to engage and present to both executives and engineering teams in client organizations.
• Financial Services Background : Preferred background in financial services.
• Detailed Design and Construction Support : Facilitate detailed design from requirements, support construction, and deployment.
• Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) : Design components in a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.

Required Skills :

• Industry Expertise : 15+ years of overall IT industry expertise, preferably with large IT consulting and services firms.
• Adobe Ecosystem Experience : 10+ years of experience working with the Adobe Ecosystem.
• Team Management : 5+ years handling large geographically spread teams.
• Adobe Experience Platform Architect : 2+ years of architecting solutions for Adobe Experience Platform.
• Adobe Analytics : 5+ years of architecting solutions for Adobe Analytics.
• Consulting Services : 5+ years in selling and negotiating consulting services.
• Technical Leadership : 5+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles.
• Adobe Martech SME : SME in Adobe Experience Cloud Web Analytics, Test and Learn using Adobe Target, AEP, etc.
• Data Model and Migration : SME on Adobe data model and migration strategies.
• Digital Marketing : Good understanding of Digital Marketing and the ability to drive discussions about marketing strategy, pipeline, and attribution.
• Estimation and Resource Modeling : Familiar with Fit Gap Analysis and estimation processes for Adobe applications, with expertise in building Resource Modeling for new requirements.
• Independent Thinker : Independent thinker with experience developing solution offerings.
• Interpersonal Skills : Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with both internal teams and clients.
• Team Collaboration : Great team player with the ability to collaborate with a multicultural and multifunctional team.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise :

• Domain Experience : Preferable domain experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Hands-On Adobe Platform Experience : Hands-on experience extending business applications using the Adobe platform.
• IT Landscape Understanding : Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, enterprise architecture, and governance models.
• Global Delivery Models : Good understanding of global delivery models and experience working with multiple offshore locations.
• Industry Knowledge : Broad knowledge of how the IT landscape is evolving with cloud, digital, and technology playing the catalyst for innovation.
