Key responsibilities

• Lead DevOps initiatives :

Guide the development and implementation of DevOps best practices to streamline the software delivery process.

Design, build, and enhance continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines to reduce manual effort and accelerate delivery.

Mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Develop and enforce governance policies across all deployment pipelines to ensure consistency, security, and compliance.

Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics like DORA to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Work closely with development, operations, security, and quality engineering teams to ensure alignment and integrate automated testing and security measures.
