Responsibilities Work in a Pediatric Behavioral Health unit within a hospital setting Patient population includes children and adolescents with conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder Unit averages 30 pediatric patients daily, with a 1 : 4 nurse-to-patient ratio The unit consists of 25 rooms and 50 beds Shifts are either 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m. or 3 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 00 p.m., and candidates may be scheduled for both No on-call required Use of Epic for charting Floating to other units and sister facilities within 75 miles may be required Responsibilities include use of physical and chemical restraints, oral medication management, safety checks and assessments, Q15 monitoring, suicide risk screening and close monitoring Daily physical assessments and environmental safety checks required Must be able to conduct and document suicide risk assessments, with a minimum patient IQ of 50 Blue scrubs are required attire Must complete orientation modules during onboarding, which may range from 2 to 8 hours Candidates may not request block scheduling No more than 5 days of requested time off allowed during the contract, with no time off permitted during holidays First-time travelers are welcome to apply Two supervisory references are required for consideration Requirements Active OK or compact RN license required Minimum of 2 years of pediatric nursing experience Current BLS certification required Therapeutic Options certification required (facility provides training if needed) Must provide a valid driver’s license or state-issued ID and a utility bill in the candidate's name with a matching address from the last three months Permanent home address must be more than 75 miles from the facility No previous employment at INTEGRIS within the past year No adverse actions on nursing license Willingness to float to other areas and facilities Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-621170.
