A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager - Scaled.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement scalable customer success programs for onboarding, adoption, and renewal

Build and manage engagement strategies using digital content and community programs

Monitor customer health metrics and optimize success programs based on data insights

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success or Technical Account Management

Experience in a scaled or digital success model utilizing automation and data insights

Strong operational mindset for designing and optimizing systems and workflows

Ability to autonomously manage customer portfolios and drive outcomes

Data-driven approach to inform engagement strategies and continuous improvement
