As a Shipping Lead, you are part of the Shipping team that ensures the shipping functions at your facility run in an efficient manner to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Earn $20.50 per hour

FT Day Shift

Monday - Friday 5am - 1 : 30pm

600 Arsenal Road York, PA 17402

You will contribute by :

• Preparing documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route products
• Recording shipping data, such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes
• Ensuring trailers are at the correct doors in a timely fashion
• Conferring and corresponding with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damage and non-conformance to specifications
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
• Assist Supervisor with varied office and dock responsibilities including filing and WMS Updating
