Project Manager II

Job Description :

Our Project Manager II oversees facilities project management across multiple Essentia Health sites, ensuring successful planning, design, and delivery of capital and operational projects. Additionally, they manage project scope, budget, schedule, and vendor relationships while coordinating with leaders and teams to align with organizational goals.Must live in / near Duluth (MN), Brainerd (MN) or Fargo (ND)

Education Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree required in Architecture, Engineering (any discipline), Project Management, Construction Management.

Required Experience :

Project Manager II will be responsible for various projects with a key focus on medium to high-risk projects. This can be demonstrated through projects with costs typically in the range of $1-10M or can be a combined portfolio of projects with increasing cost and complexity. All project managers equally work on expense or low cost / risk projects.

Compensation Range : $56722 - $85093 / year
