We’re seeking an experienced, team-oriented Anesthesiologist Medical Director to help lead a thriving department grounded in mutual respect and professional growth. This is not a top-down role—it’s a partnership. You’ll work side-by-side with CRNAs, hospital leaders, and the OR team to foster a culture that values everyone’s expertise.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation : $500,000 – $535,000 + Medical Director Stipend

W-2 or 1099 employment models available

$50,000 commencement bonus

Benefits (W-2) : Medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance
