Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' needs and create individualized therapy strategies to aid them in reaching their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based methods to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday tasks
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams : Work in synergy with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, holistic patient care
• Educate Patients and Families : Teach patients and their support networks about therapy techniques to facilitate ongoing progress outside of sessions
• Monitor Progress and Outcomes : Keep meticulous records of clinical advancements and adjust treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track
