Job descriptionFoster community and belonging Deliver service with attention to detail Lead with respect and professionalism Take pride and accountability in our work Drive results through teamwork and process excellence You’ll play a critical role in creating safe, well-maintained communities that residents are proud to call home. 20% if you live at the property you support; $100 off at other HGPM communities Employee referral program, learning and development portal, and growth paths Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Respond to daily maintenance requests with urgency, care, and a resident-first attitude Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including general repairs, cleaning, and painting Participate in the snow removal rotation and emergency on-call schedule Maintain common areas, grounds, and mechanical systems Support vendor coordination and ensure timely completion of unit turns What You Bring to the Team A minimum of 1 year of recent hands-on maintenance experience in multifamily, facilities, hospitality, or related trades Your own basic tool set (a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded pliers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure) Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required) You live within 10 miles of Belle Creek Apartments / Enclave Apartments in Henderson. The nearest major cross streets are 104th and Belle Creek Blvd. A team-player mindset and a desire to grow your skills and career Pre-employment drug screening may be required.
