Customer Outreach Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Customer Outreach team in the Ft Lauderdale / Broward area. As a Customer Outreach Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Storm Secure Underground Program by engaging with service customers, explaining program details, and obtaining necessary documentation and signatures for utility easements to ensure project completion.

Work Environment
The role primarily involves fieldwork in the Miami area using your personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursement provided. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 11 am to 7 pm, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Steel-toe boots and jeans or nice pants are required attire in the field, and PPE such as shirts and vests will be provided. Company equipment and phone will be issued, although you may need to use your personal phone temporarily.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00 / hr.
