Salary :
We are seeking an Office Manager to provide general administrative support for our Regional Manager and Regional Office staff.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to receptionist duties, data entry, order entry, billings, wholesales, and other tasks as assigned.
Basic Functions :
- Answer and direct calls
- Maintain staff schedules and track billable hours
- Create purchase orders and support office personnel and service technicians
- Provide administrative support for Regional Manager and staff
- Generate and track project and service parts orders
- Coordinate and log service requests
- Assist with collections as needed
- Ensure visitors sign in and log out
Duties and Tasks :
Screen and direct office callsSubmit weekly staff schedules and track billable hoursCreate purchase orders for materialsOrder supplies, manage incoming mail and shipmentsProvide administrative support, including expense reports and accounting tasksGenerate project and service parts orders and track deliveriesCoordinate service requests and track completed service reportsAssist with visitor access and collections as neededMeasures of Performance :

Required : High School DiplomaPreferred : 2-year college degreeExperience :
Required : 2 years of administrative support experiencePreferred : 4 years of administrative support experienceSage 300CRE experience helpful but not requiredEOE / M / F / Veteran / Disabled
