Senior Lease Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Lease Analyst to manage lease administration services.

Key Responsibilities

Abstract and interpret commercial lease documents and manage rent analysis and payment processing

Manage client / vendor / landlord relationships and resolve landlord / tenant issues

Conduct financial analysis and train new Lease Analysts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in lease administration, real estate accounting, or property management

Experience with lease administration databases preferred

Ability to interpret complex commercial lease language

Advanced financial and analytical skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
