High volume plaintiff law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Junior Associate to work in our personal injury practice. Experience with personal injury is required. Successful candidates will be responsible, goal-oriented and have excellent communication skills, as the firm is interested in an individual who is motivated, compassionate, and can work independently. Responsibilities :

Evaluating the merits of a personal injury case

Providing guidance and counsel to clients

Focus on finding solutions

Medical case review

Professional & courteous to clients and staff

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Research and legal analysis

Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage
