What You'll Do

As an RBT , you'll work hands-on with kids, using evidence-based techniques to build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and support families . You'll be part of a team that values collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.

Your Day-to-Day

• Work 1 : 1 with children to implement customized treatment plans designed by BCBAs
• Track progress through data collection and adjust strategies as needed
• Coach families on reinforcing positive behaviors at home
• Collaborate with a team that's got your back, ensuring consistency and success
• Keep documentation organized and secure (we take HIPAA seriously)
• Stay sharp with ongoing training and career growth opportunities
