As an Associate Manager - Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined framework. In particular, you will be involved in the development of quality engineering test cases / suites to validate and verify delivery of system artifacts in accordance with customer needs.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing and quality engineering artifacts for new and existing software applications.
• Ensure that Mobile applications are implemented according to the product stakeholder needs.
• Ensure mobile solutions are tested on multiple versions of OS, browsers, screen size, resolution etc.
• Understand the roll out strategy of digital solutions and ensure testing is aligned with same
• Document results accurately and reports results tactfully and concisely.
• Exercise independent judgement within defined parameters to determine appropriate action.
• Log and track system flaws using the JIRA issue tracking system.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations and technical teams.
• Work with a software development team and Service providers in a geographically distributed structure.
• Work independently on simple to medium complex projects.

Salary

The base salary range is $95,000 - $125,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate's qualifications, skills and competencies.
