Overview
This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hours / week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.
The Content Scheduling team is responsible for developing release strategies that maximize audience engagement, subscriber growth, and retention. We’re looking for a Content Scheduling Associate to help create and manage planning schedules, track competitive programming releases, and support data-driven scheduling strategies for a slate of original content.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of release strategies for original content. Partner with production, strategy, and cross-functional teams to ensure schedules are current, accurate, and aligned with business goals. Maintain and update scheduling documentation, track competitive release dates, and analyze performance data to recommend adjustments that improve audience engagement.
- Attend production meetings, support ad-hoc scheduling projects, and assist with long-term planning initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the content strategy team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Business, or a related field1–3 years of experience in media, entertainment, or a related fieldBackground in programming strategy, content operations, or media planningPreferred : Experience with competitive analysis and performance reporting toolsFamiliar with content scheduling, data analysis, and performance trackingProficient in Airtable, NPOWER, Tableau, Keynote, and NumbersStrong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detailSkilled in collaborating with production, marketing, and cross-functional teams; able to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesFlexible and adaptable to changing production timelines and strategic needsAdditional Requirements
