Job Title : Sales Manager - Highline European Dealership (Universal City, TX)

About the Opportunity

Our client, a highline European dealership located near Universal City, TX, is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team. As part of a nationally consolidated dealer group, this position offers the chance to leverage your expertise, grow professionally, and achieve strong financial rewards.

OTE - 250K

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals
  • Run the desk and maximize variable profit and productivity
  • Implement and optimize dealership technology, including CDK, VinSolutions, and E-Leads
  • Drive customer satisfaction and sales efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success as a Sales Manager / Desk Manager in a dealership environment
  • Strong variable operations expertise
  • Experience with dealership CRM and DMS platforms
  • Leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team
