Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed individual and team performance metrics
- Identify new business opportunities and form new relationships to increase revenue
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, market conditions, and competitive landscape
Team Management
Recruit, train, and develop sales team members with focus on luxury sales techniques and product expertiseConduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement improvement plans as neededFoster a collaborative, results-driven team environment that aligns with company valuesEnsure sales team is accountable for good sales practices regarding customers and ordersCustomer Relationship Management
Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, including luxury home builders, interior designers, architects and partnersEnsure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the sales processHandle customer escalations and complex negotiations for high-value transactionsRepresent the company at luxury home shows, trade events, and industry networking functionsRequirements : Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of sales management experience, preferably in luxury goods, appliances, or home improvement industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in premium market segmentsExperience managing sales teams of 5-15 peopleSkills & Competencies
Deep understanding of luxury consumer behavior and high-end sales processesExceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical abilities with proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics toolsLeadership skills with ability to inspire and develop team membersKnowledge of luxury appliance products, features, and installation requirements preferredPersonal Attributes
