A company is looking for a Presales Support Specialist to assist prospective clients with their learning needs through technical demonstrations and support.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and perform technical online demonstrations for potential clients
Create and customize trial portals to showcase the LMS
Assist with technical questions and troubleshoot issues encountered by prospects
Required Qualifications
Completion of a post-secondary degree or certification in business, technology, or a related field
Experience in a client-facing sales support role, preferably with Enterprise clients
Background in SaaS or software sales, with exposure to Enterprise-level contracts
Innovative mindset with critical thinking skills in an Enterprise environment
Strong results-oriented drive and ability to manage multiple priorities
