Recruitment Coordinator

We pride ourselves on quality, integrity, and craftsmanship — and we believe that starts with how we hire and grow our team. We’re looking for a full-cycle recruiter who can carry the full arc : job creation → sourcing → screening → offers → onboarding.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the company (sales, operations, field, admin, etc.)
- Draft and post job requisitions in ATS / boards
- Review applications, screen candidates (phone / video / in person)
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare, draft, present, and send offer letters / negotiate terms
- Lead onboarding activities for new hires (paperwork, orientation, first days)
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, build pipelines, and improve processes
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years experience in full-cycle recruiting (end-to-end)Proficiency with applicant tracking systems / job boardsStrong written & verbal communication skillsComfortable managing multiple roles simultaneouslySomeone who’s proactive, organized, thoughtful — not reactiveBonus : experience hiring in construction, trades, or service industriesWhat You’ll Get Here
