Talent International is partnering with a fast-growing global leader in the component testing sector to hire a Customer Support Specialist for their Enfield, CT facility (5x days a week onsite) .

What you will be doing :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers—taking calls, scheduling work, and providing regular updates on project timelines.
  • Coordinate closely with testing teams to track progress and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage a high call volume (50–75 calls daily) and scheduling for ~200 customers annually.
  • Update schedules in Excel and internal systems while maintaining clear, professional communication.

What you bring :

  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience (call center, customer service, or similar phone-based role).
  • Strong communication skills with an upbeat, resilient personality
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech savvy with basic knowledge of Excel, email, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Details :

  • Full-time, 40 hours / week.
  • Contract role with long-term potential for extension or conversion.
  • Onsite in Enfield, CT 5x days a week (no remote)!
