About the Role

Are you a natural connector with a knack for sales and a passion for people? As aMember Success / Sales Associate, youll play a key role in driving membership growth, supporting sales efforts, and delivering an extraordinary experience to every person who walks through our doors.

Youll be the first impression for prospective members and a trusted guide throughout their journeyhelping them see the value of Kiln and ensuring their needs are met from day one. Youll work closely with your Community Director to grow occupancy, nurture relationships, and foster a thriving environment where our members and their businesses can flourish.

Your Key Responsibilities

Sales & Membership Growth (Primary Focus)

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective memberswelcoming walk-ins, leading tours, and confidently communicating the Kiln value proposition
• Help maintain a healthy pipeline by following up on leads, preparing proposals, and assisting with contracts and onboarding
• Support the Community Director in achieving sales targets and occupancy goals
• Work with the Business Development Team to manage and convert inbound sales opportunities
• Contribute to quarterly 1 : 1 member meetings and renewal conversations to help retain and grow existing accounts
