This position is responsible to provide operational support in remediation efforts for client content. Main functions will include performing tasks related to contents cleaning, deodorizing, manipulation, and storage. This position will be required to use a variety of specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals under supervision.

Responsibilities include :

• Maintaining equipment used in daily tasks
• Safely and efficiently load, unload, and transport furniture, appliances, and other contents from one location to another while ensuring items are secure, safe, and free of damage
• Correctly wrap and package contents to prevent damage during transport
• Transport contents to cleaning facility for cleaning and storage
• Use pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment to move heavy items
• Adhere to MSDS recognized standards
• Perform daily vehicle safety and maintenance inspections and maintain in clean serviceable condition
• Assist driver in navigating to client home, maneuvering around power lines, driveways, trees etc. Helper must always be out and guiding driver when driver is backing up truck
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles, and practices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving trucks, equipment and warehouse
