Marketing Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Marketing Manager to join our team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role requires a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking, with a strong understanding of persona-based digital marketing in the B2B ERP and SaaS software space.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrives in both independent and collaborative settings. You should be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, learning new marketing tools, and managing multiple functions to drive results.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in executing iRely's go-to-market strategy and making a direct impact as we continue our rapid growth.

• Develop & execute integrated digital marketing strategies across all channels to align brand and business goals.
• Develop and execute email marketing strategy including inbound, nurture, and promotion with audience segmentation.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across LinkedIn and YouTube
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing success.
• Stay current on digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in personalization, cross-channel consistency, customer identity and experience management.

Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline, marketing, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
