Job Description :
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in building positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, billing, and technical support.
- Listen attentively to customer needs, empathize with their concerns, and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Document customer interactions in our CRM system and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Educate customers about our products, services, and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer loyalty.

- Meet and exceed performance targets for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Proven customer service experience (1-2 years), preferably in a call center or customer-facing role.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone demeanor.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits :
