Position Description : Foreign Language Instructors (FLIs) will provide language training to U.S. military personnel ranging from basic listening and speaking to advanced oral, written, and reading proficiency. FLIs will be expected to recognize individual student needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly. FLIs will use a mixture of classroom and online tools to provide immersive learning experiences for students and may participate in curriculum development sessions. Courses range in length from two weeks to six months. FLIs will be contracted to work as either full-time employees or in a part-time as-needed basis depending on the needs for particular languages. Some travel may be required

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 / 3 / 3 DLPT or ILR rating in target language
• Minimum of three years' experience delivering language instruction; preferred to have experience training U.S. military
• Capable of passing a NAC background screening and accessing military installations
