Quality Assurance Nurse - PT

Silver Birch of Midtown is looking for a Quality Assurance Nurse to join our team! This a part-time position (16 hours week 1, 24 hours week 2) focused on auditing and correcting wellness files.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma AND
• Two (2) or more years of experience in senior living

CERTIFICATES & LICENSES:

• Current LPN or RN licensure, in good standing
• Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid Certification
• Current Fingerprint Card

OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Strong organization and follow through with detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to complete tasks within deadlines

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and web proficiency
