Kinsa is recruiting for a : Food and Beverage Services Manager, Golf Club
Location : Racine, Wisconsin (onsite)
Our client provides a beautifully manicured and meticulously designed golf course club with amenities designed to cater to their golf club members.
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Services Manager to oversee and manage the food and beverage service outlets onsite including a casual restaurant and bar as well as fast food services, pool side and beverage carts.
The Services Manager will work with the General Manager, Food and Beverage Director, Executive Chef, Buildings Superintendent and Director of Golf as a member of the leadership team onsite to create a great experience for members and guests.
Successful candidates MUST HAVE at least 3 years of food and beverage management experience, preferably in the golf or hospitality industry.
More experience is beneficial and food safety certifications desired.
Compensation / Benefits :
- $55,000 $70,000 compensation range
- Company contribution towards employee benefits for medical and dental
- 401k with company match up to 4% of salary

Key Responsibilities and Goals :
- Supervise employees, order supplies, implement controls and manage effectively to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals are maintained.
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of production and service equipment and of production, storeroom, service and other areas.
- Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other laws and requirements.
- Inspects outlet facility to ensure that sanitation, safety, energy management, preventive maintenance and other programs are in place in areas of responsibility.
- Develops outlet’s budget and monitors to ensure that financial goals are attained.
- Provides employee schedule, payroll, tips pool and other reports.
- Processes member billing; completes POS daily closeout.
- Hires, trains, supervises, schedules and evaluates assigned staff.
- Maintains and monitors an inventory of all outlet products, supplies, small equipment and other items.
- Makes product suggestions to staff to increase sales and heighten member satisfaction.
- Develops and updates procedures manual.
Competencies Needed for Success :
- 3 years of applicable food and beverage management experience, preferably in the golf or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and service procedures.
- Must possess social and business etiquette and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems; prioritize, plan, and manage one’s time and activities efficiently, as well as handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Food safety certification and alcoholic beverage certification will be needed, if not already obtained.
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
- Must be permanently authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
