Wholesale Sales Assistant

Job Description

You will assist the team with all aspects of Magnetic Me’s wholesale sales process. You will work cross functionally with other departments, such as independent sales organizations, production, design, and marketing. This role will also be customer-facing with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

o  Assisting in PO management- from entry to shipment.

o  Communicate with sales team on order changes, shortages, etc.

o  Help with boutique customer service.

o  Prepare and Attend Trade Shows.

o  Optimize sales ordering tools and input information each season.

o  Support Sales Team’s day-to-day needs.

The position will report directly to the SVP of Wholesale.

Job Qualifications

• 1 year sales or office experience is preferred
• Candidates with fashion or children’s clothing experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
• Competency with Excel is preferred
• Attention to detail and customer service oriented
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Experience with Nuorder and ERPs are preferred
