The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role supports the Raw Material (RM) and Finished Goods (FG) Managers by coordinating material handling, supervising team members, and ensuring that production schedules are met. The Shift Leader is also responsible for maintaining quality control, enforcing safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as is the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

1. Operational Oversight and Execution :

• Oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
• Support RM and FG Managers by coordinating raw material handling and finished goods processes during the shift.
• Monitor and manage the flow of materials and products, ensuring that production schedules are met without interruptions.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Excel to track inventory movements and production progress.
• Ensure that all equipment and machinery are functioning correctly and report any issues to the maintenance team immediately.
• Assist in adjusting operational plans to accommodate changes in production needs or order volumes.

Requirements

8 pm ~ 8 am (Night Shift 20 : 00 ~ 08 : 00)

This shift is usually 12 hours, 2 days of work and 2 days off.

Your base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows you to progress as you grow and develop within the position.

The base pay range for this role is $28.00 to $32.00 per hour , with eligibility for up to a 10% annual performance-based KPI bonus . The final base pay will be determined based on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location. This position requires regular overtime of approximately 20 hours per month , primarily due to month-end closing activities and inventory audits .
