Overview
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office in Raleigh, NC.
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to join our fast-paced, ever-growing CMS and Marketing Technology SW engineering team. This role will support end-to-end requirements gathering, testing, SDLC compliance and production support for marketing business teams managing websites authored on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) content management system. Candidates should have prior technical, or business analyst experience supporting digital marketing, sales / onboarding or servicing web application software development in an agile environment. This role is an excellent growth opportunity and ideal for a mid-senior career level candidate. Deeply technical candidates with prior experience as a SW engineer are preferred.
Responsibilities
Develop an expert-level understanding of FCB’s Adobe Experience Manager implementation to support business users (content authors / publishers, UX / UI designers, marketing data analysts), troubleshoot issues and support SW development of platform features and enhancements.
Develop an expert-level understanding of additional Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem functionality and integration such as Adobe Target personalization, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Workfront automation and Adobe Real-time CDP
Support SW Engineers by taking on platform-level technical tasks such as content syncing, deploying non-prod builds, certificate renewals, reviewing log files, setup of no-code platform features and functionality, and tracking of SW vulnerability remediation efforts
Assist with onboarding / training / mentoring of junior team members
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for AEM components, templates, and workflows as well as website integrations with other systems
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
Assist in functional and regression testing for AEM features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Produce reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identify patterns, discrepancies, and areas of improvement.
Participate in production releases, including pre-release validation and post-release checks
Provide troubleshooting support for AEM authoring, publishing, and workflow-related issues
Perform other IT-related duties as needed to support cross-functional teams and initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support
OR
High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support
Preferred Qualifications :
Current contractor / contingent worker for First Citizens Bank
Prior professional experience as a SW engineer, SW architect, business systems analyst, technical product owner or similar role
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
Experience with functional and user experience testing for digital applications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of Agile methodology, ceremonies and tools (JIRA or similar)
Demonstrate prior success as a continuous learner capable of quickly and deeply learning new technologies and systems
