Assistant Director, Alumni Engagement
The Assistant Director for Alumni Engagement is a key member of the Drexel Alumni and Constituent Engagement team, responsible for developing, implementing, and executing programs and partnerships that connect alumni to the University. This role focuses on alumni audiences with shared areas of interests and establishing new processes and procedures to support their engagement. The Assistant Director also leads programming that supports the student to alumni transition and introduces students and recent graduates to the alumni community, including the President's Toast and Welcome Week events. Additionally, the Assistant Director will help develop strategies for volunteerism, fundraising, and marketing to boost engagement and provide support for the team's digital engagement platforms, including Dragon Network. They will work with internal and external partners to create programs, events, and activities that promote alumni leadership, advocacy, and support the university's engagement and fundraising goals. This is a hybrid position working a combination of in-person and remote.

This position is classified as Non-Exempt, grade J. Compensation for this grade ranges from $47,490 - $71,230 per year. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
