Location : Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex (will spend up to 100% of the time on the road for the first year)

Salary : $85,000 - $100,000 plus bonus

As a District Manager based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, you will take the reins of leading and growing a team of 5 restaurants. With travel to California for initial training and ongoing operational leadership, you’ll play an instrumental role in shaping our success as we expand.

Job Qualifications

To excel in the role of District Manager in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, you should have :

• 5 years of proven experience in multi-unit management within the QSR industry. Brand experience should be with high-volume, quick-service restaurant brands.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, develop, hire, and lead high-performing teams.
• New Restaurant Opening Experience.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, P&L, and strategic forecasting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales and operational goals.
• Willingness and ability to travel, including mandatory training in California.
